Entaleon (“we”, “us”) is a growth marketing and analytics practice based in Kolkata, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through entaleon.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information you give us. When you submit the growth audit form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, budget range and whatever you write in the message field. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we record standard technical data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, device and browser type. This is used in aggregate to understand which content is useful.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks for their own purposes. We do not add you to a marketing sequence because you filled in the audit form. If you ask a question, you get an answer, not a drip campaign.
Where the GDPR applies, we process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a business request, and analytics data on the basis of consent given through the cookie banner.
Enquiry data is kept for twenty four months from last contact and then deleted. Client records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.
We use a small number of third parties who process data on our behalf, including our website host, our email provider, and analytics platforms. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to entaleon26@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
