Branding is usually sold as an act of self-expression and bought as an act of hope. We treat it as an acquisition cost problem, because that is what it measurably is: brands people recognise convert at lower cost, hold attention longer in a feed, and get chosen more often when the alternatives look identical.
So the work is positioning first, visual identity second, and every asset tested against the place it will actually live, which for most businesses is a small rectangle on a phone next to four competitors.
Identity work fails quietly. Nothing breaks; the marketing just costs more than it should, forever.
Positioning drives the identity, the identity drives the assets, and everything gets tested where it will be seen.
A written positioning statement your sales team can actually repeat, agreed before any design work starts.
A complete logo system with every variant real use demands, tested at small sizes and on dark and light grounds.
Colour and type systems checked for accessible contrast, with usage rules rather than a swatch page.
A messaging system covering value proposition, proof points, tone and objection handling.
Working templates for presentations, proposals, social and advertising.
Full source files and guidelines, owned by you outright, with no licensing arrangement of any kind.
We can, but we will usually advise against it. A mark without a stated position and a system around it tends to be re-argued within a year, because there is nothing to judge future decisions against. If budget is the constraint, we would rather scope the system smaller than deliver a mark alone.
A studio will usually produce a better looking book. We are more concerned with whether the identity lowers acquisition cost, which means testing assets in feeds and search results and being willing to sacrifice elegance for recognition at speed.
A name or domain change can, if handled badly. Handled properly, with a full redirect map, updated schema, and consistent naming across every listing and profile, the impact is short lived. We plan that alongside the identity work rather than discovering it afterwards.
Typically six to ten weeks from discovery to rollout, depending on how much interview access we get and how quickly decisions are made. Naming and trademark screening adds time and is worth not rushing.
Completely. All source files, fonts licensing guidance and guidelines are handed over and are yours permanently. Nothing is retained on our accounts and nothing is licensed back to you.
The free audit includes how your identity performs where it actually competes: in feeds, search results and listings, against the competitors a buyer sees you beside.
